By downloading, accessing, or using Future Baby AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Future Baby AI is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images predicting what a future baby might look like based on photos of two parents. The results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered scientifically accurate predictions.

3. User Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

We take your privacy seriously:

• Photos uploaded to the App are processed using AI technology
• We do not store your photos permanently
• All uploaded images are automatically deleted after processing
• We do not share your photos with third parties
• Generated baby images may be saved to your device at your discretion

5. User Content and Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Future Baby AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy of the AI-generated images. The predictions are not scientifically based and should not be relied upon for any serious purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Baby AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for additional features or credits. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
